My name is Vangelis and I help travellers discover the Greek islands in the most authentic way possible: by sailing.<\/p>

I grew up on the island of Aegina in the Saronic Gulf, right by the sea. From a young age, I spent long periods sailing through the Greek archipelago again and again, not as a tourist, but as a traveller with a deep connection to the sea who wanted to truly get to know every place.\u00a0<\/p>

What I have come to love most is the freedom and tranquillity that sailing offers: venturing where no road leads, dropping anchor in a secluded bay, waking up surrounded by unspoilt nature, enjoying the sea and sun far from the tourist crowds, and swimming where only a boat can reach. My connection to the sea and the islands is exactly what I want to share with people who entrust me with planning their trip.<\/p>

That is why I founded Punto Voyage in 2023, based in Aegina. My home island has shaped my understanding of hospitality and authentic simplicity. I want to bring this understanding to a person-to-person service and help tailor your travel plans to your individual needs.<\/p>


During my time as a skipper, I realised that there are many travellers who would like to experience a sailing trip in Greece but need more than just a list of available boats. Many people simply don\u2019t know where to start when it comes to planning a sailing holiday. They need someone with local knowledge who can tailor the entire trip to their needs, organise it, and ensure a carefree experience without any nasty surprises \u2013 including financial ones.\u00a0<\/p>

I am not a yacht owner, nor am I a large booking platform. I am an independent agent, consultant and coordinator who has extensive personal experience of what I offer.\u00a0<\/p>

– on planning the best sailing trip, taking into account the season, weather conditions, your sailing skills and preferences
– on selecting the right yacht for your group and budget\u00a0(sailing boat, catamaran, motor yacht)
– in planning the provisioning, taking into account all individual preferences and dietary restrictions
– in selecting activities such as diving or hiking
– with insider tips on secluded bays, authentic island villages and traditional tavernas\u00a0
– to avoid tourist traps, hidden costs and poor planning<\/p>

Once we have finalised our plans together, I will send you a comprehensive package detailing all costs from arrival to departure.\u00a0<\/p>

I will coordinate the transfers, local boat owners, skippers and partners. I want to ensure that everything runs smoothly to make your entire sailing holiday as comfortable, tailored to your needs and as unforgettable as possible.<\/p>

You can rest assured that I will offer you honest guidance to the best of my knowledge and belief. Through genuine personal communication, I will draw on my extensive local knowledge to recommend worthwhile destinations, protect you from unpleasant surprises and leave as little as possible to chance during the planning process.<\/p>
