I am Vaggelis Pountos. I grew up on Aegina, in the Saronic Gulf, right by the sea. In 2023 I started Punto Voyage to do one thing well: put together a sailing holiday in Greece for people who do not want to figure it out alone.

WHERE I COME FROM
An island where everyone knows the sea.
Aegina is an hour from Athens and a different world. Fishing boats in the harbour, pistachio trees, a temple on the hill and, all around, the calmest sailing water in Greece. From a young age I spent long periods sailing through the Greek islands, again and again, not as a tourist but as someone who wanted to truly know every place.
What I love most is the freedom sailing gives you: going where no road leads, dropping anchor in a quiet bay, swimming where only a boat can reach, and stopping at tavernas known only to the locals. Over the years I saw how many people want exactly that, but get stuck before it starts: which boat, which islands, what it really costs, who to trust.

WHY I STARTED PUNTO
One person, the whole trip.
I am not a yacht owner and not a large booking platform. I am an independent planner and coordinator. I work with yacht availability across Greece and with local boat owners, skippers and partners. That independence is the point: I choose the boat that fits your group, not the boat someone needs to fill.
You tell me who is coming and what a good day looks like for you. I come back with two or three yachts, a route built around your pace and the season, and an indicative estimate. The price depends on the boat, the season and what you want included, and you see it clearly before you commit to anything.
Then I stay with you. Before the trip I coordinate the provisioning, the transfers and the people involved, so that everything runs smoothly from arrival to departure.

Choose the right boat
Sailboat, catamaran or motor yacht, chosen for your group, your budget and the sea you picked. You compare like for like.
Build the route around you
Season, weather, your sailing experience and how you like to travel. Slow mornings or a bit of everything.
Plan the days
Activities like diving or hiking, secluded bays, real island villages and traditional tavernas.
Stock the boat
Provisioning planned around what your group likes, dietary needs included.
Handle the ground
Transfers, the skipper, the marina and the partners on the ground. The things nobody wants to think about on holiday.
Tell you the truth
Which month is calmer, which bay is crowded in August, how to avoid tourist traps and hidden costs. And when a trip is not the right fit, I say so.

Honest advice, then a week you will not forget.
Every trip starts with an email. Tell me your dates, who is coming and what you love, and I reply personally with straight answers on season, weather and budget. If it is not the right fit, I will tell you.
I handle every enquiry myself and I plan every trip with the same care as if it were my own.
